So, here we have the major aliens in Doctor Who. Personally, the weeping angels are the best/scariest, but thats just me. I almost don't think the Hath should be on here, their so cute and bubbly (literally) Plus, when that one died to save Martha, I cried. Oh I am SUCH a geek.
